Our Privacy Policy is only applicable to information collected by our website, social media and online interaction with our employees and interns.

We collect both personal and non-personal information from the visitors of our website and our companies linked social media pages. Personal information is only collected through our website form and any additional information you choose to disclose. Non personal information is collected automatically through our browser’s cookies and similar technology.

This website also contains links to third party websites; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other sites.

How will we use your data? 

Non personal information is used to understand our customers and visitors better without the need to identify individuals.

Information shared with MotivMed via our website form or social media platforms is held only until necessary to provide a service to clients and enquirers.

If you have provided us with your email, we may contact you in relation to our services. To opt out of any additional contact other than the service you have selected to use please email services@motivmed.co.uk .

Your personal information is not shared externally without your written consent unless there is a safeguarding concern.

How will we store your data? 

Personal information disclosed when using our services is held in accordance to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  This information is stored in a double password protected system. Your information is stored for 18 months. We have chosen the time limit of 18 months as our clients often access our service more than once.
