Personal or organisational details
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and up to date details and inform us of any changes that are relevant to the service we provide you with.
With our head office based in the United Kingdom we are compliant with the data protection principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Changing an appointment or service order
Please contact us on services@motivmed.co.uk if you would like to alter an appointment or order.
We cannot guarantee to change agreed orders and bookings however we advise you contact us as soon as possible upon knowledge of a change of circumstances so we can advise you on your options.
Prices and Payments
A product or service will be only be completed/delivered after full payment has been received.
Bookings/orders can be paid for by cash, debit or credit card and bank transfers. Bank transfers need to be paid at least two days in advance for 1 to 1 sessions for Individuals. By mutual agreement some organisations can offer their payment after receiving their service, within 2 months of the invoice date.
Although we reserve the right to change the prices for our services at any time, prices are guaranteed for pre-paid periods.
No proportional refund will be paid for services paid long-term in advance which are cancelled by services.
In the event of a credit card/debit card number or its validity causes a delay in clearing by credit card/debit card companies, we may suspend immediately the services provided to the customer until the issue is resolved and payment is made in full.
Any change in your payment information must be reported immediately to continue to provide and receive services on an ongoing basis and without service interruptions.
Our healthcare and medical professionals are liable for all client safety, confidentiality and service delivery.
